When you scroll way down, under the heading, Production, you see it:

Moonshine is made by yeast fermenting a sugar source to produce ethanol and then separating the alcohol from the fermenting mixture (the mash) through distillation using a still.

Honey, we already know this.

I imagine there are a few here (myself included) who have drunk moonshine.
