Did Republicans conspire to throw elections in Nevada?

Quote:
Nevada Director of Corrections Howard Skolnik took assaults from all sides at Tuesday’s prison commission meeting as guards called for his termination over the budget and Secretary of State Ross Miller demanded to know how inmates ended up working for a voter registration drive now under investigation for voter fraud.
Prison director Skolnik under fire | NevadaAppeal.com

Skolnik was appointed by Republican Gov. Jim Gibbons. Why would Skolnik allow prison inmates to falsely take jobs that they are by law barred from taking?

I wasn't joking, invisible repper.

It is no more a wild conspiracy theory than the ones put forth here on a daily basis claiming ACORN is trying to throw the election.

I googled out of curiosity -

Quote:
"This appears to be a case of either a lack of oversight or very poor judgment," said Secretary of State Ross Miller, a member of the Board of Prison Commissioners. "This has implications not only for our electoral process, but also the public safety implications of allowing convicted felons to work in an environment that's clearly contrary to the statutory guidelines. The idea of having people who have been convicted of identity theft or related crimes being paid to collect personal information from private citizens is beyond belief."

Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto agreed with Miller. Gov. Jim Gibbons, the other prison board member, was out of the state.
Sounds like small time stuff, but what about this sort of thing:

CBS Has Noticed, Why Hasn't Obama or the DNC?
Tonight's CBS Evening News finally covered what may well be the November Surprise that we've been trying to warn about for months here at The BRAD BLOG: Massive voter roll purges being done in secret, with little or no oversight, and often under federal Justice Department cover, in states and counties around the country.

And the Democrats, who likely have the most to lose via such secret purges, are doing little or nothing about it.
The BRAD BLOG : CBS News: New Study Details Massive Voter Roll Purges Underway in At Least 19 States

The report continues:

Quote:
We've yet to read this Brennan report, but the brief coverage from tonight's Evening News notes 10,000 voters purged in Mississippi, 21,000 in Louisiana and "to top it off, another new study discovered 19 states are ignoring federal law (the National Voter Registration Act), banning systematic purges within 90 days of a federal election."

Among those 19, are a number of battleground states. The report lists: Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Delware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Masachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas and Washington, as places where massive purges have recently taken place.

Its the only way the republican party can win elections anymore.

Well hell---when the democrats sit back and allow it year after year ,what do you expect ? Hell they disenfranchised two states in their own primary.

Looks like 600,000 in Ohio are in danger of being disenfranchised as well. It'll be funny if a lot of them were Reps that registered Dem to vote in the primary.
