If you are a company and you hire someone to do work for you, you as the company are responsible for their actions.

Rather you defend a company which employs a payroll methodology that by design, has no checks and balances which inherently invites fraud by their employees.

Are you aware that Acorn has been known to use ex-convicts as ‘temporary’ employees?

As to your assertion that Acorn has no culpability for fraud committed by employees there may be exceptions such as; prior knowledge that same or similar crimes have been perpetrated by previous employees under identical circumstances.

I understand that yomama is on the board and defends in court and at large an organization that has repeatedly been brought to the mat for voter fraud...which HIRES CRIMINALS to enact voter fraud, and which has settled out of court for tens of thousands of dollars to avoid convictions.
