From what I've read it looks like they might be fearing legal action from Soros and/or the Sandlers. Regardless, I think it's a totally pussy move on NBC's part.

ABC'S CHARLIE GIBSON: In each instance, when the Capital Gains rate was dropped, revenues from the tax increased; the government took in more money. And in the 1980s, when the tax was increased to 28 percent, the revenues went down. So why raise it at all, especially given the fact that 100 million people in this country own stock and would be affected?
OBAMA: Well, Charlie, what I've said is that I would look at raising the capital gains tax for purposes of fairness.

It is what it is. Dems got all pissy and forced the skit removed from everywhere.
Fox News ran the story, and to look like they're not the sissy's they truly are, the dems had the skit placed back on those sites. Nothing less, nothing more.
We can laugh our ass off at Palin parody's ,but not the ones aimed at that dumbass Barney Rubble-Frank.
And that's the way it is.

Agreed---humor is now determined by which side of the aisle you sit on. Once our sense of humor is gone we are SCREWED.
