I would actually enjoy gabbing with her, I am sure. She reminds me of some of my friends at the kids school (not that they field dress moose, but they have the same sort of open pride in their point of view, don't care who knows it sort of thing going.)

As a leader of this country? No way in h***. No more so than my friends at the kids' school, or most of the other people I know. A leader of the country has to be a little bit more than all that. Knowing and being able to converse about constitutional history, being able to earn the respect of foreign leaders, being able to forge coalition, that sort of stuff.

But I don't think you'll be nailed to the wall, there was no way I would vote for her but I totally get thinking that she would be a cool aunt. Or in my case a colorful cousin, and I probably would have even gone helicopter flying with her once just to see what it was like, in the great Alaskan wilderness. I certainly admire her keeping Trig.
