It's funny. He says he served six years of active duty, but nowhere does it say when or where. I also can't find it on any of his other biographical websites. In fact, if you Google "Jeremiah Wright" active duty, all you find is this same article you provided over and over and over again.

So, I'm inclined to believe that the author of that article made it up and/or was misinformed. I'll need more information than "he served six years on active duty."

It's funny that you're defending Wright. Even Barack didn't do that.
