Just friendly advice: you want to link to give proper credit. You also want to use the quote feature to credit properly. Finally, you should avoid posting the work of others in total. All of this is to comply with board rules and the board's legal obligations. I made exactly the same mistake when I began posting here. Ideally, from what I understand of the rules, you should pull a portion of the piece for discussion and quote it while linking to the rest of the piece.
That aside, I found this a very interesting read and the conclusion I quoted very strong. Thanks for providing it.
