The only proof Christians have was the miracles performed by Moses and Jesus, and Jesus' resurrection.

It's been so long ago, and many people that means it didn't really happen. Though at the time, nobody disputed it, and it was being talked about far and wide. It wasn't being disputed because so many witnessed the miracles and so many were aware of his resurrection there was no point in denying it. NOBODY DENIED IT AT THE TIME. But the devil works the way he works, and he leads people to believe that because they haven't seen it themselves, it didn't happen.

He also leads people to believe that the bible is a lie, that people who don't believe will go to heaven if one exists just because they're nice (that's a big one) and if you don't believe and you die, it won't matter.
