No. Conservatives would much rather the government butt out of our economic lives. They are more in favor of tax cuts and reductions in spending – particularly on domestic social programs.
With respect to “vice” – prostitution, drug use, gamboling, etc. the conservatives are much more repressive in their socio-political platforms.
