Drugs are complicated. What liberals don't want to be is hypocrites about drugs in the way Limabaugh was, condemning drug users while he took them and broke the law. A foundation of liberalism and America is a belief in individual freedom, and just like prohibition failed, most drug prohibitions fail too. If you are rich, a doctor prescribes them, if you are poor, the corner pusher sells them. In the end we waste lots of money doing something that will never work.

A vote for John McCain is a vote against the fundamental principle of America, the right of the individual to lead their life privately without the government interfering.
