It has to be pretty obvious by now that the supreme court is about corporatism, which does include a racist element but only when they won't work for peanuts in our corporate sweat shops around the world. The court would never interfere in something that supports the environment as corporations need flexibility when they want to destroy the earth to produce more crap.
