I like how you argue against the government regulating commerce, but you advocate for them regulating pharmaceutical companies.
Either they have the constitutional right to regulate, or they don't. Which is it, RGS? | They have the right to regulate Interstate Commerce, which is EXACTLY what Pharmaceutical Companies are.I suggest you READ the Constitution. The Government also has a duty to Regulate what Medicine and drugs are available and legal in this Country. You lose on both counts.
