I have painted wildlife myself and feel like I'm in kindergarden playing with finger paints next to her. Hopefully we will be seeing more work from her soon. That red wolf, under good lighting, is better than a photograph. The snout actually looks like it is coming out of the canvas. What sets her apart from most is her mastery of light and shadow. When I saw the painting in person I couldn't stop looking at the mouth....the light hitting the tongue, the shadows cast...perfect!
