Define “viewpoint”. If job applicant is seen disrupting a college campus with hate speech aimed at Jews and you think the protestors should not be denied employment in the government, then based on your logic, white supremacists should not be discriminated against. In any case, Judges could make the argument that these people with such strong views can’t be impartial.
